Bromsgrove and Redditch Methodist Circuit seeks to appoint a Circuit Administrator to provide administrative support to the Superintendent Minister of the Circuit in all aspects of Circuit life including:
• managing the annual calendar of circuit level meetings; providing support with distribution of meeting agendas etc and attending meetings to take minutes.
• ensuring local churches complete relevant annual returns.
• managing and maintaining the Circuit website, advertising events and blogs as required;
• facilitating the timely publication of the quarterly preaching plan
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills; previous experience of meetings administration including taking minutes; and with the ability to use Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel. Ideally you will also have experience of managing a website.
The role is for 12 hours a week, typically worked over 3 days Monday to Friday (to be agreed). Pay is £11.65 per hour
